We have an array of hospitals located in different states in Nigeria. Just look through our hospital list on the website.

If you already have a family plan then you will need to update your enrollment details, by sending us a mail at synergywellcarehmo@gmail.com with the information of the new addition(s) already filled on our enrollment form.

You can access any Synergy Wellcare HMO provider that your plan covers, anywhere in Nigeria. Check the Hospital list on the site and pick the one closest to you or call any of our Help Lines behind your Synergy Health Identity Card.

Yes you can, as long as the hospital is registered on our network. And if it is not in our list of providers we can activate it for you.
